Are You Riding the Weight Loss Rollercoaster?
- Why do you lose weight only to gain it back again?
- Did you know that most people are on the same up and down ride as you?
- Want to know my secret to getting off and keeping it off?
The Secret is how to “Re-Vision” your body image and Re-Program your eating habits so you can achieve and maintain your healthy and ideal weight. It is a step by step journey of self-discovery and well-being.
I am Addie Kania, Holistic / Law of Attraction Hypnotherapist, and I’m telling you that losing weight and keeping it off it can be done!
If you are on the “lose weight / gain weight” rollercoaster, there is a weigh to get off!
There are plenty of weight loss plans out there; they tell you the mechanics of losing weight and the mechanics of keeping it off. But they don’t help you lose the weight of the emotional reasons and reset the inner scale to re-program your ideal weight. I know that many of you are thinking, “all I need is a good plan to choose healthy food, control my portions and increase my physical activity”. Well these are important parts to the weight loss puzzle but it does not complete the picture. The missing pieces are the ones that will complete the puzzle and reveal the hidden components for releasing excess weight and maintaining a healthy body.
You may be saying “Oh come on you are not telling me anything different than I have heard before!”
I may not be, but I will tell you how to unlock your subconscious and discover how to change that little voice in your head that sabotages your efforts at being healthy. Your subconscious mind is thousands of times more powerful than your conscious mind. It is the “program” that regulates your emotions, cravings, motivation, body image and self esteem.
In my book “Re-Visioning Weight Loss: Stepping into Your Light Body” I will guide you on a journey to discovering how to get off the “lose weight / gain weight” roller-coaster for good! Click the “Change My Life Now!” button below to get the book. Don’t forget the companion meditation mp3’s!

There is no little voice, I just can’t stop eating!
I don’t have the willpower to stay on a diet?
What are the first three letters of “DIE”t?
The language we use has a huge effect on our subconscious. What kind of words are you using? Where do they come from? How can we change them? When I was a little girl I remember someone saying “You can never be too rich or too thin!” Being so young and impressionable, that statement gave me the false belief that my self-worth was intimately tied in with being thin and attracting a wealthy man-or at least controlling men by being thin and attractive! It is false beliefs like this that have a detrimental on our well-being. This shallow belief led me down an un-happy road that led me to seek my happiness and self-fulfillment outside of who I was really was and became more of who I was really not! Thankfully, when I was 25 years old, I found a truer path, and that has led me to write this book.
It’s ironic that half of the world is starving, while half the teenage girls in America are “starving” to be a size 0?
We are learning to have turbulent relationships with our bodies from a young age and food has become “the enemy”.
In contrast, there is an obesity epidemic in this country! This is the only generation that is not expected to live as long as their parents!
Why are so many people eating themselves to death or disability or not eating and starving themselves?
We are a consumer driven society. We are always “hungry” for something, the latest gadget, cell phone, game, car or “fill in the blank” material possession. It’s this “must have” compulsion that drives us to seek gratification outside of ourselves. There is just “something inside” that makes us always hungry to gratify, soothe, repress or release us from the discomfort of truly feeling and dealing with the reality in our lives!
This book is not just about food and weight loss. Although it does deal with those issues, it is also more about what the heart and soul is really hungry for—that inner connection to our true authentic self!
As a Hypnotherapist, I have come to know what my clients are “weighted down” with is never just about their weight, but the issue itself provides a stepping stone on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. This book also serves as a kind of journal, filled with information, insights and practical weight loss strategies that are tried and true.
There is a Re-Visioning section at the end of each chapter that will assist you in creating new “re-visions” for your new body image and a happy, healthy lifestyle in the form of guided visualizations and power packed affirmations, which have been developed for and have helped many people just like you.
Here is what my colleagues from the National Guild of Hypnotists have to say:
“Re-visioning Weight Release” is a fantastic “How-To” manual for losing weight. As the author says in the revealing chapter about her story: “It’s not just about food—it’s also about need. How are you “feeding” your life?”Dealing with emotional eating is so crucial for just about every overweight person and the author addresses it beautifully. Makes me wish I had her book when I was almost 50 pounds overweight because it would have saved me a lot of time and trouble. Losing weight is an endless struggle for so many and this book can help you or someone you know quickly get off the weight loss merry go-round.”

I just read the Addie Kania’s entire book, “Re-Visioning Weight Release,” – I love it! Weight loss has not been one of my main focal points with clients; aside from spiritual and prosperity based issues – smoking cessation has been my focus. Your book gave me lots of great insight and new ways of perceiving weight issues that I can share with my clients – because I actually have two weight loss sessions scheduled for next week. Coincidence? I think not! I truly enjoyed how you wove into the book your personal story and stories of clients – it puts a picture on everything. I also love and appreciate the spiritual tone that runs through the entire book. I highly recommend this book for people who desire to lose weight and also for the practicing hypnotist to use as a guide and new ways of looking at weight loss issues. I loved the “Fattitudes” Great way of looking at those beliefs.
